  • Black long tie
  • Round neck plain BLACK Bonds T-shirt
  • Gold name badge
  • Silver tray
  • Waiters friend (wine opener)
  • Diary and pen

Kitchen/Salad hands & Catering Assistants

  • Chef pants or tailored BLACK plain trousers
  • Black polo T-shirt
  • Black apron
  • Black leather shoes with a closed toe for protection (Kitchen safety shoe)
  • Long sleeve plain BLACK mens business shirt (Catering Assistants only)
  • Plain black hat or skull cap
  • Diary and pen

Other Requirements

All staff MUST HAVE an Australian Tax File Number and an Australian Work Visa.

All staff working with alcohol must

  • be over 18 years of age
  • hold a RSA (responsible service of alcohol) certificate

For Chefs:

  • Trade qualifications

For Kitchen Staff:

  • Food and Hygiene cerification
